New Data Available:
- Cell Line NGS data is available for 93 cell lines. Select 'Cell Lines' in the dataset dropdown in any Lumin visualization.
- Updated Proteomics data is available, including kinase activity available in the gene network visualization.
Functionality Updates:
- Client sequencing data can be visualized in the Oncoprint.
- Directionality is shown in gene networks.
- Gene selection now searchable by HGNC symbol, ensemble ID, gene function, synonym. Data availability status is also shown.
- First-time users of workspaces can get started with workspaces by clicking “Start Workspace” without having to know the URL of the sign-in/sign-up page.
- The data export pages now allow various methods of copying and pasting values into the input boxes..
